Exercise, physical activity and fitness: What is the difference?
Exercise,
physical activity, and fitness are each related, but there are a difference
between them. Exercise is any planned, structured physical activity that has
done to achieve a specific thing, similar as increased strength or abidance.
Physical activity is any fleshly movement produced by the cadaverous muscles
that result in energy expenditure; it includes an exercise and other
conditioning similar as walking and running. Fitness is a measure of overall
physical choice health and fitness.
How much should we exercise?
Do I have to exercise every day?
While it is generally recommended to an exercise regularly for choice health and fitness, the exact frequency and intensity of your exercise routine will depend on your individual requirements and pretensions. In general, it is recommended to take at least one day out from an exercise each week to allow your body time to rest and recover, but if you are feeling up to it, a more frequent and vigorous, exercise is encouraged. Still, you should always hear to your body and be apprehensive of any signs of overtraining or exhaustion.
